Turkey tail extract is extracted from the fruiting body of Coriolus versicolor (L.ex Franch.) Quel. of the Polyporaceae family. It is rich in protein, fat, polysaccharide, polysaccharide peptide, glucan, lignin, amino acid and various inorganic salts, as well as various enzymes such as protease, peroxidase, amylase, laccase and leather enzyme.
